About the GOLLUM Remote Operated Vehical (ROV)

Designing and building my own Submersible Remote Operated Vehical (ROV), called GOLLUM, to carry a color video camera and assorted sensors and telemetry equipment underwater to depths of 250 feet. GOLLUM's onboard computer (Motorola 68HC11) is commanded via a tether from an inexpensive Model-100 laptop on the surface.
